At Modlite Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
